• At Coo Candles we stand behind our product.  We will happily exchange any unused, undamaged product for product credit if the customer is not satisfied.  Our lamps are protected by a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defect, provided the customer uses replacement bulbs purchased from Coo Candles.  Should the customer replace the light bulb with a lamp not purchased by Coo Candles, the warrenty on the lamp can not be honored.  Due to the nature of our business, selling primarily through independent consultants, we are unable to offer refunds for purchases.
